raw material
Our state-of-the-art facility allows us to handle and stock thousands of tons of raw material for sinker bars and rod string accessories.
validate
We validate the condition, grade, size, and heat number on each bar produced. Tracking codes are stamped on both ends of each sinker bar to allow permanent tracking capability.

Percheron is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery ensuring the highest standards of precision coupled with the speed of modern machining technology.
in-process qc
Our expert operators are equipped with API go and API no-go gauges to check threads, dial calipers to measure diameters, and gap gauges to ensure the wrench flats adhere to API specifications.
prep for delivery
To protect the bars during transportation and storage, we apply a two-part resin coating. This added layer of protection not only prevents premature corrosion but also ensures the sinker bars' longevity and durability.

We offer flexible delivery options to cater the diverse needs of each project ranging from pick up from our shop to delivery on-site. Percheron will make sure that your order is ready for any project.
